Little red hedge

A lot of things happened since I wrote on this page.  Spring came and the roses were ready to burst into glory! And just when I thought, this is going to be a good year, we had a hail storm that destroyed almost all the new growth and the rose buds.
  But two weeks have passed since that storm and the roses came back like never before.  I've taken off all the damaged branches and sprayed for fungus.  Now I hope that the flush of roses we've missed in October will soon be back in November and December.
